INSURANCE INFORMATION FOR FERTIG DENTISTRY

 
Though not in-network, Fertig Dentistry gladly accepts most dental PPO insurance plans and will take care of all reimbursement.

The following companies are accepted:

Aetna PPO, Guardian PPO, Cigna PPO, Delta Dental PPO, MetLife PPO.

We are happy to take other PPO plans; please call the office for more information. Your insurance will be billed for your services.

If there is a co-pay due or you do not have insurance, payment for services is expected at the time services are rendered.
